RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Goods can be returned only incase a Different products are received by the client which has
to be mailed to us with valid Invoice within 24 hrs of receipt of goods with actuals piks would
qualify for returns .
2. In such case on receipt of goods fresh goods will be reshipped to client at our own cost.
3. If the time is a constraint then we will ship fresh stocks on confirming email & proof of
reshipping the products back to us.
4. We ship only after client approval or sample approval as communicated by email .
5. Minor colour or dimension variations are normal which will not be considered for returns or
refunds.
6. No Refund for any Delay in the delivery due to Logistics company system & will not qualify
for return or refund.
7. Strictly No Refund is possible if we are not able to deliver goods for circumstances beyond
our control viz civil war, act of God, floods, cyclones , other natural calamities , Riots,
government restrictions, or any such events beyond our control restricting us to timely ship
the clients goods.
8. Only Email & whatspp communications will be considered for any further discussions in
returns or refunds.
9. Incase clients shipment qualifies for return or refund shipping charges will not be refunded.
10. Incase of any Loss of shipment due to logistics company the same can be claimed from the
shipping company & we should not be held responsible for the same. In such a case refund
will not be considered.
